The following AUP covers both people sending or receiving, both internally and externally.
By utilizing the E-Mail systems operated by OneLyte Future Media, or contacting anyone on it, you agree that your communications follow these guidelines:
- Never use E-Mail systems for harassment, including on your personal address on the same or differing server
- Serious emails (ie E-Mails from Team ElectroLiner, ongoing legal concerns, etc) must be responded to within 3 days of receiving them
- Do not use E-Mail systems to engage in unlawful activities
- Refrain from sending poor quality messages – this is both to ensure that you do not end up in the spam folder, but also to ensure your seriousness and professionalism in a specific situation
Why we enforce these policies, and who they apply to
We enforce these policies greatly across our network to maintain normality and maturity in conversations, both internally and externally. It also helps us to remain as transparent as we can, while ensuring safety around our network. They apply to those on the server (or under the @onelyte.uk domain) and the recipient (whether they are on the server or not).
