The OLA recently acquired Area12 Studios. It sits alongside the OLA's other divisions: OneLyte Future Media for music and talent, and Kasanecore for event software.
What Area12 does
Area12 Studios builds and hosts clean, fast websites for people who actually ship. There are two ways to work with it:
- Build it yourself. At app.area12.lol you pick a template or paste in your own HTML, claim an area12.lol subdomain and publish.
- Have it built. The studio designs, builds and hosts a site for you from your brief.
Area12 also runs two everyday apps: X12, a self-hosted social network, and 12Cord, a self-hosted community chat.
Ziad T., a developer at Area12 Studios, is part of the OLA team.
Area12 Studios is at area12.lol. The rest of the OLA is on onelyte.uk.
